I came to know Integrity Water Systems from my neighbors, my next door neighbor was having there system serviced when I saw their truck. I asked how they liked their system and about the service they were getting. They had nothing but good things to say. A few months later I saw their truck across the street from me working on that neighbors system. I walked across and introduced myself. That was when I met Daniel, and I want to say everything you read about Daniel is accurate. He has the most positive aptitude of anyone you want to meet, and goes out of his way to be helpful. I told him about the water softener system I had and I knew it was time replace it. I asked his opinion on what he thought. He spent at least a half hour explain what my options would be. He never seen to be in a rush to answer all by question, even though he was there working on a customer water issue. When I left it seem that we were now friends, gave me his cell number and said to call him if I needed anything he could help me with. Just from that experience I knew this was the person I wanted to do business with. I did call at a later date and made an appointment with him to review what I needed for my whole house system. He came out and recommended what he thought would be best for my needs. The price was great, A few days later he came out to install the system himself. I will tell you just watching him work, you know he takes great pride in his work and wants to make sure it’s perfect. He also was great to just have conversation with in general. He explained everything on how the system works, and it does work great. I would recommend him and his company to everyone. If you call this company for a quote and Daniels comes out you will see why he has these reviews, and the reason people take the time to fill one out

integrity has installed 2 water systems in my home. the first worked perfectly for 13 years. the updated technology for iron and sulfur persuaded us to upgrade now. the price was ridiculously good. we could not ask for a better partner to manage our water. buy here or be sorry!
p.s. did I mention the system is maintenance free

If there were more than 5 stars, Daniel and his company would get all of them. We had an in ground water leak and Daniel and his team had it fixed within a couple hours of being called. He is the epitome of the word Integrity. Truly one of the nicest people I've ever met. It's a rarity in this day and age to find a business that you can count on 100% every time. We are beyond grateful to be able to rely on Daniel for his knowledge, honesty, and getting the job done in a timely manner and without hassle on every occasion. Thank you!!

Mr. Downing and his team are top notch! I had used his services in the past. This time I made the mistake of calling another company who overcharged and couldn't deliver in time. I contacted Mr Downing and Mr. Gavin came right out. He ran his tests, rush delivered it and went above & beyond... all while pulling into my driveway with a nail in his tire! He is my hero! Daniel has been absolutely wonderful! I had such a hard time locating a water company for my client and he came to the rescue. He collected the water sample and got me the report back within a few business days. It has been a seamless process and I cant thank him enough for getting this done in a timely manner. We had a new house with a well that had high sulfer content. Daniel came out, tested and recommended a system that would give us amazing water. We'll, it works, we have amazing water now that tastes better than bottled coming out of every faucet in the house.

One of the best companies I’ve ever dealt with. Very professional and courteous. Daniel is extremely responsive and always returns phone calls. Not at anytime did Daniel try to upsell me or try and get me to buy something I didn’t need. I called with a tight timeline to get my water softener removed and Integrity delivered. They were at my home no later than a few hours after my call and provided quality/timely service. I was getting outrageous quotes to remove my water softener from other companies. Integrity had not only the best price but provided service timely. You can’t ask for much more. Gavin was my plumber and he made sure I’d call again for a reinstallation.

I highly recommend. I called them because my existing water softener (from some other place) was not working. I thought it would probably need to be replaced. But they came out the same day I called, and tried a simple repair. And if that didn't work, he could replace it. Well, it worked, and I'm grateful for his honesty!

I was given Integrity name from another company. They came out gave my dead water softner system a look and then recommended new system. Installed quickly and on time. I then had another problem with my well. They came out and looked at my well and found nothing wrong. They took the time to explain how my well worked and why nothing was wrong. Great service. Daniel did a fantastic job with the installation of our water filtration unit. The process he used to install our system was very sterile, as he used alcohol to clean each item. Daniel was highly attentive to our water needs and extremely honest. Our water quality has improved tremendously, no need for us to buy bottled water anymore, and we use a lot less soap. Update it’s been 2 years since my install, just had my first service. Customer service is one of the many reasons to do business with Integrity Water. System still working great, my dogs drink more water and so do I.
